Short version: what you send us is used to understand and answer your project request — nothing else.
1. What we collect
When you submit a project request we receive the information you type into the form — your name, contact details, and the description of the software you want built — together with any reference files you choose to upload (screenshots, sketches, branding files, PDFs). We do not collect anything you did not deliberately enter.
2. Why we collect it
The information is used for exactly one purpose: understanding, evaluating, and responding to your software project request. Reference images are viewed to understand the design direction you want. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
3. How it is delivered and stored
When email delivery is configured, submissions are sent from our server to our business inbox over an encrypted connection. If delivery is unavailable, the live website reports an error and does not claim the request was received. Local storage is used only in controlled development or when a secured persistent server has been explicitly configured for it. Uploaded files are checked for permitted type and size before they are accepted. Do not submit secrets or files you are not authorized to share.
4. Who can see it
The people who evaluate and prepare a response to your request can access it. Our hosting and email providers may process the data solely to operate those services. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. If evaluating a request requires sharing it with an additional specialist, we ask you first.
5. How long we keep it
We retain requests only as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and document the conversation. Requests that become projects may be retained for the engagement and a reasonable business archive afterwards. You can ask us to delete a request and its attachments, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.
6. Your choices
You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted at any time by contacting us at +971 56 275 4943. The website itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies; a temporary browser draft of the request form is kept in your own browser session storage only, and it never leaves your device until you press Submit.
